Refunds and Cancellation

These terms describe billing, cancellation, pausing, and refunds for Active Mission coaching plans.

Billing and Automatic Renewal

Coaching is billed as a recurring monthly subscription at the rate shown at enrollment ($149, $249, or $399 per month), or as a single three-month prepayment ($399, $675, or $1,079). After the initial three-month term, monthly plans renew automatically each month at the same rate until canceled. Prepaid plans convert to monthly billing after the initial term unless you cancel or prepay again. You will always be able to see your plan and rate in writing before any charge.

Initial Commitment

All plans include an initial three-month commitment. This exists because real coaching results take more than a few weeks, and it is disclosed before you enroll.

Cancellation

After the initial term, cancel any time with at least 14 days' written notice before your next billing date by emailing us or messaging your coach. Your coaching continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

Pausing

Clients may request one pause of up to 30 days per calendar year. Event-specific or medical circumstances may be reviewed individually.

Refunds

Payments already made are generally not refundable, with two exceptions: the refund conditions described in the guarantee terms, and situations where we fail to deliver the services described in your plan. If we get it wrong, we make it right.
